Thank you so much for looking at the Glitter Fox Scrap Pack—We’re excited to see you!
A little about us: GlitterFox is a small, US based company run by an itty-bitty, close-knit team of individuals who love scrapbooking and crafting. We are real people, passionate about what we do and the products we make. When you email us, you are talking directly with the folks who handle the products, pack boxes, take photos, design the Scrap Packs, and everything in-between!

Return Policy:
Returns: We do not allow  returns. All sales are final. If your Scrap Pack or other items happen to arrive damaged please notify us within 10 days of receipt and we will make arrangements to get replacement pieces to you. We do require that the damaged Scrap Pack be returned to us and we will refund your shipping cost. If that month’s Scrap Pack is no longer available we will refund the costs of the Scrap Pack.

Shipping Policy:
We usually ship our kits, scrap packs, and other items using the United States Postal Service’s Priority Mail. Please note that, although we charge a flat rate for subscriptions, GlitterFox reserves the right to update shipping rates.

Please note: While we wish we could ensure that every package we ship arrives quickly and in perfect condition, sometimes things go wrong in transit. Once we send your Scrap Pack goodies, we can no longer be responsible for delays or damage (since your package in now in the hands of others). You will receive a confirmation email with shipping information and for domestic shipments, it becomes your responsibility to contact the USPS for resolution. Please also note that, if a package is marked “Delivered” by the postal service but you did not receive it, our liability is limited to filing a claim with USPS; we cannot replace items that were safely delivered to your home.
Communication from Glitter Fox:
Please note that email is the primary method of communication from Glitter Fox, including all details regarding your Scrap Pack and video Workshops. As such, please add Glitter Fox to your approved emails to ensure that you receive all communication. It is your responsibility to ensure that GlitterFox has a current, working email address at all times for you. If you need any assistance, please send us a note by filling out/ submitting the form on our Contact Us Page.
IF YOU HAVE A - Scrap Pack Subscription:
Your subscription will start with our “Escape” Scrap Pack and will continue the next calendar month with a new, unique theme designed for that month.

Monthly Delivery: Once you’ve signed up for a Scrap Pack subscription, your Scrap Pack kit will be delivered to you automatically every month. Your payment method of record will be billed on the anniversary day of your initial enrollment.

The fabulous GlitterFox monthly Scrap Packs are shipped by the 12th of each month. Occasionally weekends and/or holidays may delay that by a day or two. Scrap Packs will be shipped automatically until you cancel. The subscription will continue until canceled by you. 

Shipping rates are subject to change.

Note—To avoid failed payments and shipping delays: If your credit card details have changed or the expiration date changes, please let us know by contacting us (please fill out the form on our Contact Us Page) to request that an Update Payment Form Link be emailed to you.
Subscriptions :
IF YOU HAVE SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION BASED SERVICE: Upon checkout, your account will be charged for the first month of your subscription. Each month thereafter, the billing date for your subscription will be on the anniversary day of your initial enrollment.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please request cancellation by sending us a cancelation request from our Contact Us page, keep in mind the following timelines regarding cancellations:

You can cancel your subscription for a following month if you submit your cancelation (using the form on our "Contact Us" page) more than five (5) business days prior to your billing date, if 5 business days prior to your billing date falls within GlitterFox.com's administrative/shipping blackout dates then you must submit your cancellation by the end of the business day (4pm AZ-MST time) on the 24th of the month, otherwise it is likely that your Scrap Pack will already have been assembled, packaged, and ready. We at GlitterFox are a small, US-based company (not a giant corporation) so we request your understanding in our cancellation policy and thank you so much for your support.

Cancellation during our administrative/ shipping blackout period from the 25th of the month to the 5th of the following month shall be processed after the blackout period. GlitterFox reveres the right to change prices at any time.

GlitterFox will automatically renew your commitment month-to-month at the same price until you notify us that you would like to discontinue your subscription.

Please note that canceling your recurring payments with our payment processor/your credit card will not cancel your subscription with GlitterFox. If canceling payment with our payment processor/your credit card, you will need to either provide GlitterFox with another method of payment, or with a cancellation request.
