GlitterFox is a small, US based company run by an itty-bitty, close-knit team of individuals who love scrapbooking and crafting. We are real people, passionate about what we do and the products we make. When you email us, you are talking directly with the folks who handle the products, pack boxes, take photos, design the Scrap Packs, and everything in-between!
Because we run a small, tight ship, we will respond to your inquires on a first-come basis. Please be kind and caring with our tiny staff, just like you would with any fellow scrapbook friend. We love all members of our Scrap Pack and are so honored to be able to serve you every day!

What's included with my Scrap Pack?
The "Escape" scrap pack is meant for a travel album and includes all the paper, sentiments and embellishments you'll need to create eight fully-finished 12x12 pages (just add your own photos!), we've also included a roll of glitter wash tape and a gold medium pen for enhancing your wood embellishments and paper accents. See the photos above for a reference of what your pages will look like.
Oh! ... and don't forget that your Escape pack comes with a full length, step-by-step workshop so that you'll never have to guess what your pages are supposed to look like (PLUS, we've got some great techniques to share with you and you can use on other paper crafts!).

What are the included Workshops like?
Our workshops are hosted by our resident expert, "Chatty" Cathy, and include how to put your Scrap Pack together from the first blank page to the last little embellishment We also include cut instructions (that you can print or just look at on your computer) because we've all been to scrapping classes where half the time you felt like you didn't know what was going on...
... but no more! Now there is no guesswork. All you need to create these stunning pages is an internet connection, a device that can play video, and a desire in your heart to scrap the day away! All fun, no hair pulling, and if you need to watch a technique again, all you have to do it hit rewind.
What do I need to assemble my Scrap Pack?
Besides your Scrap Pack contents, you'll just need standard scrapping supplies, like: a paper cutter, adhesive, scissors, a ruler... and enough tape in your tape-gun that you don't run out half way through. We've all been there! Don't worry. If you need anything, you can always hit "pause" on your workshop and go grab supplies.
Why should I buy a Scrap Pack?
Buying a GlitterFox Scrap pack is the only way to receive access to all of our exclusively designed papers, layouts, embellishments, and workshops. Many of our materials are designed and manufactured for us and cannot be purchased anywhere else! You'll also enjoy a number of benefits, including access to our step-by-step workshops, special events and more.
What are the themes like?
Our themes vary every couple of months but are usually centered around events (like holidays, birthdays, vacations) or relationships (like friends, family, or kids). Some months, the packs are very specific (an example would be a Halloween theme) and other months, they are more generic and meant to be adaptable to a variety of photo stories. We mix both kinds of themes in throughout the year so that you end up with a huge variety of scrapping options to fit all areas of your life.
When should I expect to receive my Scrap Pack?
Once you’ve bought Scrap Pack subscription, your Scrap Pack will be delivered to you automatically during the upcoming shipping cycle.
We typically ship by the 5th of each month. Occasionally shipping is delayed by a day or two due to weekends and/or holidays. We'll also send you an email that goes along with the Scrap Pack keeping you up to date with Workshop links, Printables, and other notes. All newly placed orders will be shipped during the next available shipping period. If an order is placed during an Administrative Blackout period, it will be shipped during the following shipping period.
We have an administrative blackout during our shipping period (because we're all busy packing boxes!), monthly between the 25th of the month and the 5th of the following month (i.e. July 25th until August 5th). We do not process new orders or cancellations during the administrative blackout.
How do I order a Scrap Pack?
To order a Scrap Pack, simply go to the Scrap Pack Product Page and clicking the “order now” buttons. That gets you right to the Order Form to complete your order.
When will my Scrap Pack kit be shipped?
We typically ship all subscriptions by the 5th of each month. Occasionally shipping is delayed by a day or two due to weekends and/or holidays.
We have an administrative blackout during our shipping period (because we're all busy packing boxes!), monthly between the 25th of the month and the 5th of the following month (i.e. July 25th until August 5th). We do not process new orders or cancellations during the administrative blackout. If an order is placed during an Administrative Blackout period, it will be shipped during the following shipping period (approximately a month away).
What is the return policy?
We do not allow item returns (including Scrap Packs). All sales are final. If your Scrap Pack or other item happens to arrive damaged please notify us within 10 days of receipt and we will make arrangements to get replacement pieces to you. We do require that the damaged Scrap Pack be returned to us and we will refund your shipping cost. If that month’s Scrap Pack is no longer available we will refund the costs of the Scrap Pack.
What about shipping costs?
Your shipping cost is listed on your order form at the time of purchase. Please note that, although we charge a flat rate for shipping, GlitterFox reserves the right to update shipping rates.
How do I access my workshops?
Workshop access links will be emailed to you as the workshops become available (usually a few days after the Scrap Pack has shipped). Please save any emails related to workshop access that you would like to watch again. If you cannot locate your workshop email OR need a new access link, please send us a request using our Contact Us page.
What are the order term details?

Do you ship internationally? (Outside of the United States)
We currently only ship within the United States but have plans to expand! Check back again soon or send us a note using our Contact Us page with the name of the country you’d like us to ship to... You never know, maybe we can work something out!
Can I give a GlitterFox Scrap Pack as a gift?
Sure! Just order a Scrap Pack and have it shipped to your house. From there, you can give it as a gift.
PS. Scrap Packs make wonderful Mother's Day, Anniversary or Birthday gifts.
